-More than 15 years of relevant experience (e.g., software development/engineering delivery, development and package implementation, delivery and design) running multi-functional teams that may include responsibility for third-party offshore partners and software and professional staff.
-Educational background in Computer Science/Engineering is required.
-Minimum 7 years as a hands on software engineer building web based systems and services using open source and Java based technologies.
-Strong ability to lead application vendors and service providers and hold them accountable for deliverables.

-Budgeting and forecasting experience managing a multi-million USD project portfolio
-Familiarity with agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles.
-High degree of business insight and technical competency; ability to balance and bridge technology and business needs; project and program management.
-Ability to lead through organizational change and ambiguity.
-Reputation for being a collaborative thought partner and business leader, skilled at establishing formal and informal networks within the company.
-Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Experience in working with agile lifecycle and/or tracking and process management tools, e.g. Rally, JIRA.
-Adobe CQ/AEM based Web Content Management and Digital Asset Management System Development and Deployment is preferred.
