Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a Technical Support Analyst -related occupation.  Experience must include: 1) Designing, developing, testing/QA, implementing software applications and/or systems; 2) Troubleshooting issues with web service messages; 3) XML toolsets, including XML Spy or a comparable tool; 4) SOA Test or comparable web service testing toolset; 5) IBM Mainframe (MVS); 6) Automation Testing Tools; 7) Authenticating and authorizing access to data and functions via Web Services; 8) SCM concepts, including versioning and release management; and 9) Microsoft .NET, Java, VB script programming capability.
